How does it work?
Step 1. If an item is not available on the website, fill out the form below.
Step 2. We will reply to you with a quote of how much the item will cost and the delivery time.
Step 3. A full deposit will be required to source your item. We will send you a payment link to pay the deposit.
Step 4. Sourcing may take up to 15 business days. Once the item has arrived, you will be contacted to collect in-store or have it shipped to your address.
Delivery times:
- Domestic Shipping: 1 – 3 Business days (excluding sourcing timeframe)
- International Shipping: 3 – 5 business days (excluding sourcing timeframe)
Since we are specially sourcing an item just for you, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. If a purchase is made whereby the items is faulty or not as described, we are able to provide a credit note or full refund.
All sourced items are carefully inspected inspected by our team to ensure 100% authenticity.
