If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your item(s) within 7 calendar days after delivery. Returned items must comply with our returns policy.
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Items are tagged with a 3KICKS security and authentication tag. Please make sure these are intact. Once removed, your return cannot be accepted.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging without any damages. Please use a shipping box when returning your items.
- Intimate apparel (including but not limited to: boxers and briefs) must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact.
- Face masks cannot be returned.
- Shipping costs for returns are not covered by 3KICKS.
- Any duties and taxes that may occur will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please return the items in the same conditions in which received. Any returns that do not meet our returns policy will not be accepted.

- 3. Once the return shipment has been dispatched, please provide us with the tracking number.
- 4. Items must arrive at 3KICKS no later than 14 business days after confirmation of your return.
3KICKS does not offer cash refunds. Any refunds made, will be done through store credit.
Products can only be returned and exchanged once. Once a credit note has been issued and utlized, no other credit note can be issued under the same exchange.
