Shipping

3KICKS offers worldwide shipping. Domestic (UAE) orders are processed through our local partner TCS, and international orders are shipped with DHL. Shipping fees will vary based on order size, weight and destination. Depending on the shipping address, the delivery time may very as well. Working days in the UAE are from Sunday to Thursday and weekends are on Friday and Saturday. Orders placed after Thursday 3PM (GST) will be processed the following Sunday.

Domestic (UAE) Delivery: 2 – 3 working days.
International Shipping: 4 – 7 working days.


Order Tracking

After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an email containing all details of your order. Once your order is prepared and ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which contains your tracking number. By clicking “Track Package”, you will be directed to our delivery partners website where you can follow the live status of your order.

Duties & Taxes

Delivery fees do not include import fees (duties and taxes), which may be applicable depending on the destination of your order. 3KICKS is not responsible for any duties and taxes.

 

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before the shipping confirmation, please contact us at shop@3kicks.com mentioning your order number. If you have already received a shipping confirmation, then your order is already out for delivery. You can process the return of the items in its original condition for a refund or exchange. Please read our return and refund policy for more information.

 

Damages

3KICKS is not liable for any shoebox damages during transit. All products and packaging are carefully inspected before they are being dispatched. Damages are to be directly reported to the courier/shipping partner.
