Sales Associate

We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our Dubai, City Walk team.

At 3KICKS you will get to work for a fast moving company with passionate and fun colleagues.

Main responsibilities

• Create a memorable shop floor experience with genuine customer service.
• Keep the store space fresh and representative.
• Connect with and build long-term relations with key customers.
• Visual merchandising.
• Cash desk transactions and opening/closing procedures.

Skill requirements and soft skills

• Excellent knowledge of sneakers, streetwear, and current trends.
• Strong sales skills and a genuine interest in customer service.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Emphasizes honesty, punctuality, and always staying professional.
• Flexible and adaptive to rapid changes.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail.
• Fluent in English. Arabic and/or Russian are a plus.
